Terms of service
  1. Web Diamond will not work with any company wishing to promote the following types of material:
    • Gambling
    • Alcohol
    • Cigarettes
    • Drugs
    • Any illegal activity
  2. Web Diamond reserves the right to reject any orders without being held to giving a specific reason for our decision.
  3. Refunds will not be authorised for domain names under any circumstances after an order has been received, as the domain will automatically undergo registration upon receipt of order.
  4. In order to avoid proprietary issues, orders for any work undertaken under the section "graphic design" cannot be cancelled after a proof has been despatched.
  5. All payments must be made within 10 days of project completion. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in legal action being taken with the appropriate authorities. If we conclude that a project is being delayed with the intent to delay payment, legal action will be taken within 14 days of the last contact made. Failure to pay agreed part payment amounts due at specified milestones within a contract will also result in work being halted - the project will thereafter only be restarted after payment for the entire contract has been made in full.
  6. Web Diamond can make no guarantee of the successful registration of a domain name, as it is possible that the name may also be registered elsewhere in the world.
  7. Web Diamond commits to complete confidentiality upon entering an official contract with a client.
  8. For logo design and Banner design payment will be made upfront by the customer by credit or debit card.
  9. Usually a 20% deposit will be asked for website projects.
  10. If you are forced to have to cancel a project then this 20% will not be refundable unless work has not been carried out from our side.
